1. Warehouse Tsar 

 

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, beer-loving Warehouse Operator to help coordinate and facilitate the day-to-day operations of finished goods and warehouse procedures at Barebottle.

 

Candidates will have:

A passion for beer and brewing; ideally experience with homebrewing

Unfailing politeness and courtesy to accounts & patrons in a way that shows passion for the product, but without the snobbery typical of many beer-geek establishments

Reliably execute warehouse and fulfillment procedures

Superior organization and interpersonal skills

A can-do, servant leadership style

 

Duties will Include:

Fulfillment Prep

Prepare driver routes by picking, staging, reviewing routes, assisting load-up

Reconciling Inventory

Check A1 and Taproom cold boxes to prevent over-promising, as well as tracking taproom turnover to help drive our allocation process

Reconciling our in-house keg count and return rate to ensure we have cooperage for packaging

Keeping gases in stock for Production & Fulfillment use (Propane, CO2, N2, O2)

Organizing the Warehouse Spaces

A1coldbox organization/labeling to ensure accurate counts and easy order picking

TR Stocking, organizing the Taproom box, cleaning lines

Organizing dirty kegs to maximize floor space as well as staging clean kegs to be packaged

Removing old/broken pallets

Assist in keeping account information up-to-date

Updating & entering accurate account information across our Suite of tools

KegShoe, Samsara, OBeer

Assist Production team as needed

Staging pallets for packaging, keg cleaning, performing keg splits, etc

Upholding all QA/QC procedures

Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Must be 21 years or older, with a valid CA driver’s license and clean driving record

Ability to safely move full kegs (~160lbs)

Basic math skills

Preferred Skills:

Forklift Certified

Mechanical Aptitude

Friendly, Pragmatic, good problem-solving skills

Passion for craft beer

Excellent communication skills

Overview of Employment

All new employees are required to complete a 60-day evaluation period

Job Type:  40 hours/wk

Pay Rate:  

$18/hr

2. Driver "Route Commander

We’re looking for the most customer-focused, beer-loving delivery drivers to be a public face of the Barebottle Brand.

Candidates will have:

A passion for beer and brewing; ideally experience with homebrewing                                                                                                                Unfailing politeness and courtesy to outside accounts in a way that shows passion for the product, but without the snobbery typical of many beer-geek establishments                                                                                                                                                                                                   Superior organizational and interpersonal skills                                                                                                                                                                A can-do, servant leadership style

Delivery Duties will include:

Being a public face of the Barebottle brand

Delivering kegs accurately and reliably to accounts on assigned routes

Balance requested delivery times for each account

Obtain proper signatures to acknowledge delivery

Accurately determine keg credit(s) on the spot and recalculate invoice balance

Return signed copies and route log to Fulfillment & Accounts Receivable

Seek out empty kegs to bring back for cleaning

Cleaning draft lines as requested by customers/sales team

Communicating notes about beer lines, account requests, vehicle maintenance, etc on route sheet and to Fulfillment Manager

Maintaining existing relationships with accounts and delighting them at every turn

Engage in conversation about Barebottle beers & brand

Supporting the Sales team

Working together to capture and maintain accounts

Sharing leads and account requests

 

Requirements:

$17/hr plus delivery commision

Paid bi-weekly per Barebottle’s regular payroll schedule
