Our #1 request since we’ve opened has been if we serve wine. Unfortunately, we are licensed at a Type 23 Small Beer Manufacturer, which allows us to serve our own beers only. Other breweries are able to get around this if they have a Bona Fide Eating Establishment. This means if you have a restaurant, you can serve your beers, guest beers & wine. However, we have cats & dogs in the brewery, with no restaurant component, so the only way for us to serve wine is to make it ourselves.

Like we’ve done for craft beer, we want to swing the pendulum back to what is honest & real about wine. this means our locally sourced grapes are treated in a manner that is benefiting of something to treasure. We undergo “native fermentation” (no yeast is added - just what are on the skins), do not add sulfites in the production process (only a small amount just prior to kegging), nor add anything that doesn’t naturally occur in wine. the results are beautifully textured wines that are brimming with life & honesty.
