Representing the SF Homebrewers Guild, John Warner brewed up this amazing salted mango & vanilla delight. He used 17 different hop additions, and it’s something to behold. 6.3% ABV, 50 IBU.

David Jacoby & Vito Delucchi

N. Hemisphere-hopped Salted IPA

Keeping it All-West Coast, Vito & David from Bay Area Mashers and Diablo Order of Zymiracle Enthusiasts, made the best of new American Citrusy/Piney hops. Team America! 6.2% ABV, 77 IBUs.

Kalin Hennings & Kyle Sanchez

S. Hemisphere-hopped Salted IPA

Hailing from the Mad Zymurgists in Livermore, Kalin & Kyle sought inspiration fromthe South Pacific, using hefty doses of stonefruit-forward hops from Australia/New Zealand. 6.3% ABV, 68 IBU.
