Truly a local creation, our Saison yeast gently warms and cools in concert with the Bernal Heights microclimate; the result is a beautiful golden haze beer with fluffy white head, and aromas of bubblegum and peppercorn.

West Coast IPA Meets New England: we pushed piney and citrusy flavors to max with old school Cascade and Chinook hops, but backed off the bitterness and created a big mouthfeel. Halfway between New England and West Coast, sort of a mid-west thing, nice and pleasant.

 

Simcoe Fresco

6.3% ABV

Fresh hop IPA

We airlifted 70 lbs of fresh Simcoe hops right out of Yakima, Washington for this beer, and used a whopping 8 lbs per barrel of fresh hops in the brite tank. Simcoe Fresco is, as the name describes, super fresh, and molto delizioso. Saluti!

A new take on a traditionally ‘early-addition’ hop, this IPA uses loads of late-addition and dry-hopped Galena, known for it’s fruity aromas of mango, pineapple, blackcurrant, and gooseberry.

The god Apollo was said to drive his golden sun chariot across the sky each day to bring light to us mortals. The story also inspired the Apollo hop, which we used in this hazy golden IPA for its aromas of citrus, grapefruit, pine, resin, and cannabis qualities.
